coworkers.ai is a young, fast-growing tech company from Brno building AI for customer care. For six years we’ve been expanding by hundreds of percent every year, serving clients all over Europe while our team runs full throttle. We develop voice-bots, chat-bots and e-mail-bots that save companies time, raise customer satisfaction and streamline processes. AI isn’t the future — for us it’s everyday reality.
Right now we need a senior salesperson for the Polish market who will help us make a real breakthrough in Poland.
Where do we want you?
Ideally in Warsaw or Kłodzko — close to the action and close to clients.
Hybrid or fully remote is possible, but personal contact with clients is crucial for us.
Your mission
📈 Acquire new clients — you’ll be our first voice and face in Poland.
👥 Build relationships with existing customers and grow cooperation with them.
🤝 Lead high-level negotiations with decision-makers from e-commerce, finance, telco or logistics.
🎯 Hit targets and deliver results — you’ll have a free hand, but also responsibility.
📊 Use data — we track performance, evaluate and fine-tune.
🤝 Co-operate with our main partner in Poland — Daktela.
Who are we looking for?
✅ An experienced (senior) salesperson with proven results.
✅ Someone who already has a network of contacts — ideally from e-shops, banks, insurers, tech or customer-service companies.
✅ Native Polish, English good enough for business; Czech is a plus.
✅ Hunter mentality, sales drive, independence.
✅ Driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
