“The chatbot handles thousands of our customers,” says Orange

The largest Slovak operator, Orange, has been using a chatbot from coworkers.ai since 2021. It succeeded in the tender mainly thanks to its human-like approach and the easy-to-use platform for creating dialogues. The chatbot is most often used by the younger generation, who are accustomed to modern technologies and even actively prefer them.
