Three pillars of a partner’s profit

At coworkers.ai, a partner’s total profit is made up of three main components:

  • Recurring revenue (MRR) – Commission from the monthly license fee and platform usage.
  • One-time implementation – Scenario design, integrations, testing, and production launch.
  • Your own add-on services – Space for your consulting, training, and development of the client’s AI strategy.

1. Affiliate Partner: Commission for referrals

This model is ideal for those who want to monetize their network of contacts without having to manage sales, technical delivery, or support.

Your role in the Affiliate Partnership is essentially that of a lead generator. As a partner, you can earn a commission of up to 15% of MRR, paid out for one year. You focus on referrals without managing the sales process. You’re also not burdened by any quotas. The main advantage is zero technical requirements and minimal time commitment.

As an Affiliate Partner, you can typically earn up to €10,000 per year.

2. Reseller Partner: Higher margins and active sales

As a Reseller, you take an active role in the entire sales process and manage the full sales journey—from the first product introduction to the customer all the way to contract signing. Of course, you can rely on our helping hand throughout the process. The main benefit for you is that any services beyond the scope—such as analysis, workshops, or project management—you charge the client directly.

Reseller Partners receive 30% of MRR for the duration of the contract, plus 30% of implementation costs. The full implementation—client system integrations, testing, and go-live—is handled on our side, so you don’t need to worry about anything in that regard.

As a Reseller Partner, you can typically earn €50,000–€150,000 per year.

3. Distributor Partner: Maximum room for profit

Distributor is our highest partnership tier for companies that deliver end-to-end solutions. A Distributor can build a complete “turnkey project package” and, in addition to 40% of MRR (license + usage), keep up to 100% of the implementation and consulting value.

As a Distributor Partner, you can earn up to €750,000 per year.

How to price AI solutions so they make sense for the client and for you

1) Split the offer into 2 clear items

A) Monthly license + usage tokens
A recurring payment (MRR) that covers access to the platform and the ability to use it. On top of that, you charge for the actual tokens consumed. As a partner, you can also add service fees for knowledge base management and regular reporting.

B) One-time implementation
You charge for expert work such as creating conversational scenarios in an intuitive drag-and-drop builder, API integration, and testing.

This structure is easy for clients to understand and scales well for you.

Specific example: how much a partner can earn on an enterprise project

Let’s look at a model example of a project for an insurance company (a combination of a Voicebot and an Emailbot) from the Partner’s perspective:

  • License + usage: €4,620 / month (invoiced from month 1)
  • The stated ARR value of €22,176 corresponds to a 40% share of MRR for one year (€4,620 × 12 × 0.40).
  • Implementation costs: €30,400 (40 MD)
  • Total partner profit in year 1: €52,576

Even one well-executed enterprise project can generate a combination of one-time implementation revenue and recurring revenue (MRR share) for the partner. At higher partnership levels, such as Distributor, there is additional room to charge implementation and consulting as your own service.
